At Calissandra, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. Our return and exchange policy applies under the following conditions:

1. Defective Products 

If a product has defects resulting from the manufacturing (e.g., torn fabric, pilling, detached buttons, loose embellishments, or color fading not caused by detergents), we will recall the product and provide a replacement.

2. Size/Model Exchange 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and need to exchange the size or model, we will accommodate your request, subject to stock availability. Customers are responsible for any incurred shipping costs (both ways).

3. Important Notes 

• Each order is eligible for a one-time return or exchange only.
• Customers must record a video while unboxing the package to ensure their rights in the exchange/return process.
• The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
• If you wish to request an exchange, please notify us within 3 working days and return the item within:
  – 15 working days for international orders.
  – 7 working days for Vietnam orders.
• Beyond this timeframe, we regret that we cannot process any return or exchange.

• Sale or discounted items.
• Customized or altered products, including items that have been tailored, resized, or had changes in color, length, or design
